Salute Contains

• Grapefruit – fresh and uplifting and said to have an affinity with the pineal gland which governs our bio-rhythms

• Bergamot – both uplifting and balancing, great for stress-relief

• Rosemary – very stimulating and has always been considered to offer some form of protection (boosts the immune system)

• Ravensara – a more gentle member of the eucalyptus family

• 10mls (about 1/3 oz) lasts about 6 months. use within 12 months of opening

• Apply again between asana and final relaxation if desired (i like to use the grounding oil before savasana)
• Apply whenever you like during the day to bring you back to your practice
